"Exceptional" Have just come home after spending 3 days at this Paradiso. Excellent accomdation, exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. Always ready to assist even in giving directions to difficult places to find. Restaurant staff very friendly, and eager to please. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels, dirty ashtrays removed and clean ones put in their place. No problem in asking for a tray in our room in which to make our own tea/coffee. We asked several times and always within minutes recieved a knock at our door with the items. Was very concerened when read previous guests comments, especially as took my parents who have never travelled abroad before. Needn't have worried brilliant. I would state though if you wish for a room with a view of the Bay and Mt Vesuvious then you have to ask and pay the premium price. But, it was well worth it, to wake up every morning and see the view was breath taking

"Best hotel in Naples with the best view..." I have stayed in this hotel about 5 times and I have yet to experience a bad time. The view is amazing, the people are super helpful, and the food is AMAZING! You are up on a hill top and you look over all of Napoli. You can see everything from up here so it is quiet and peaceful. You can walk down to the street level and catch a cab or if you are a walker you can walk everywhere from here (though it is a walk mind you). I would take a cab to Via Chiaia and you are set! I should cost you about 6-10 Euro (depending on the taxi cab you get and the traffic). Enjoy the stay you will LOVE IT!!! A picture can't even discribe the views, so go see it for yourself, you will be amazed!
